الطبقة الأولى: تحضير السطح بـ Super PrimerLayer 1: Surface Preparation with Super Primer
أي عيب في تحضير السطح يتحوّل إلى نقطة ضعف في المنظومة بأكملها. سوبر برايمر هو طبقة بيتومينية سائلة تخترق مسام الخرسانة بسرعة، تجف خلال ساعات، وتُحضّر سطحاً مثالياً لتطبيق الطبقات اللاحقة. بدون البرايمر، الالتصاق بين الخرسانة والمنتجات البيتومينية يكون ضعيفاً وعرضة للانفصال مع الزمن.Any defect in surface preparation becomes a weak point in the entire system. Super Primer is a liquid bituminous layer that penetrates concrete pores quickly, dries within hours, and prepares an ideal substrate for the following layers. Without primer, adhesion between concrete and bituminous products is weak and prone to separation over time.

لفائف العزل هي خط الدفاع النهائي وأقواه — أغشية بيتومينية مرنة بسماكات وأحجام مختلفة، تُلصق بالحرارة فوق الطبقتين السابقتين لتوفّر عزلاً كاملاً مقاوماً للتمزّق وأشعة الشمس. تحمل شهادات الجودة الدولية وضمان أداء يمتد إلى ١٠ سنوات في التطبيقات النموذجية.Insulation rolls are the final and strongest defense — flexible bituminous membranes in various thicknesses and sizes, heat-welded over the previous layers to provide complete protection resistant to tearing and UV.
